Run BTS is BTS's own variety show, silly games, fake plot twists, and seven adults losing all dignity over snacks. Start with one of these episode types. You'll be three hours deep before you notice.
The food challenge episodes
BTS competes for snacks. The stakes are absurd. The reactions are real. If you only watch one Run BTS arc, this is the one most ARMY recommend for new fans, the personalities reveal themselves through dumpling distribution.
An elaborate murder-mystery escape room with costumes, fake blood, and the band trying to solve a case while screaming. This is the episode ARMY shows their skeptical friends.
Members hide in an empty office building or studio. Jung Kook is unreasonably good at this. Jin is unreasonably bad. The footage of SUGA refusing to move is iconic.
Each member performs a skill, magic, dance, accordion, mind-reading. The bar moves between 'genuinely impressive' and 'genuinely concerning.' Both modes are charming.
The members re-do their own pre-debut material, cover other artists' choreography, or recreate famous K-drama scenes. The variety-show fluency is part of what makes BTS BTS.
