How do I take the train from Boston—and get back?
Gillette’s Boston special-event train runs from South Station with stops at Back Bay and Dedham Corporate Center. The round trip is $20 in the mTicket app; regular Commuter Rail tickets and passes are not valid for this train. Its return is scheduled to leave Foxboro Station 30 minutes after the concert ends, so follow stadium and train staff rather than lingering after the encore.
Do I need prepaid parking at Gillette Stadium?
General concert parking across Route 1 is included with a valid event ticket. Stadium-side prepaid parking is limited, tied to the email used for the concert tickets, and capped at one pass per account. Parking opens at 4:00 PM. Uber and Lyft use the designated Lot 15 pickup and drop-off area by Bass Pro Shops.
What bag can I bring to the BTS concert?
Gillette allows one approved bag per person: a clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag no larger than 12” × 12” × 6”; a one-gallon clear freezer bag no larger than 11” × 11”; or a wristlet or handheld wallet no larger than 6.5” × 4.5”. Mobile lockers are available for oversized bags. Medical or dietary exceptions should be requested from the stadium at least 48 hours before the event.
